Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Brindavan Lights. We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 5 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns requested without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • defective item,
  • or wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • clear photos/videos of the product,
  • package images,
  • and your order number.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used or damaged products caused by customer misuse,
  • products returned without original packaging,
  • sale/discounted items,
  • customized or personalized products,
  • gift cards.

Returns based on change of mind may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind, dislike of product, accidental order, etc.):

  • original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • reverse pickup/return shipping charges may also be deducted.

Only the eligible product amount will be refunded after deductions.


Reverse Pickup

If the return request is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Please ensure the product is packed safely before handing it over to the courier partner.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may place a new order separately.
